This is what people ask us most before they order: what it costs, when it will be ready, who can change the text and what happens once the site is live.

Working with us

How much does a website cost and how long does it take?

From €450 and 3–5 working days for Start Website, a one-page site. Business Website is €900 – €2,000 in 8–12 working days, and Catalog Website is €1,800 – €4,000 in 13–20 working days. Custom Platform starts at €4,500, with the timeline set once we have analysed the scope. Prices exclude VAT.

What kind of clients do you work with?

Mostly small businesses where the owner makes the decisions. Our portfolio includes a hair salon, a photographer and an architecture studio. We work with businesses anywhere in the world.

Do you build CRMs and internal systems?

Yes. We build CRM systems, internal tools and mobile apps, and we’ve built integrations with ERP, accounting and warehouse software. Payment is in stages.

How does the process work?

In five phases: analysis and scope, design, development, testing and launch, then support and further development. You approve the design before development starts, and support is optional.

When does the timeline start?

Once we have the advance payment and everything we need from you: logo, photos, information about your services, contact details and the necessary logins. If something’s missing, we’ll help you put it together.

Do we need the copy ready?

Not for every package. With Start Website we organise and edit the text you give us. With Business Website, Catalog Website and Custom Platform we write the copy for your services ourselves, after a short conversation with you.

Can I change the text and prices myself?

Yes. Every package, from Start Website up, includes an admin panel where you change text, photos and prices without calling a developer. New sections or a different page layout are added by us.

Can you help with the domain and hosting?

Yes. We choose and register the domain and set up the hosting and the SSL certificate (the padlock next to the address), but everything is registered in your name and you hold the logins. If you like, we can also look after the hosting, with monitoring and backups.

What does the Google setup include?

A page structure search engines can read, a meta title and description for every page, a sitemap, fast loading and a proper layout on phones. Depending on the package, we also connect the site to Google Search Console. We don’t guarantee a ranking: that depends on Google and on your competitors.

Can the site be in Bulgarian and English?

Yes. We plan for the second language when we design the structure, so the site doesn’t need rebuilding when the time comes. Whether it is included in the price is agreed for each project and written into the quote.

Can I move the site to another company?

Yes, once it’s paid in full. From then on you have the right to use the site and the code, change them and move them to another provider. We do reuse our own general components in other projects.

What does the final price depend on?

The number of pages, the amount of text, the features and any connections to other systems. After a short conversation you get a written quote with the price, timeline and scope. If you later want something outside it, we tell you what it costs first and only then do it.

Do I have to pay every month?

No. The site works without a monthly subscription, and you pay for the domain and hosting to the provider. If you want someone to keep an eye on the site and make changes for you, there are three optional plans: Care at €39/month, Care Plus at €79/month and Partner at €149/month. You can stop them at any time.

What if I find a bug after launch?

For 30 days after launch we fix any technical fault in our work free of charge: a broken form or a page that doesn’t display properly on a phone. New requests and content changes aren’t covered.

The company is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Questions and requests under this policy are handled by the manager.

2. General

CODE RIVER STUDIO LTD. respects your online privacy and handles your personal data with care. It is responsible for the use of the personal information that is collected by way of this website, and takes all measures necessary to ensure the safety of that use of the personal data. The personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation and the Bulgarian Law of personal data protection.

When you send an enquiry through this website, we will ask you to provide personal information. When you request our service, you agree that CODE RIVER STUDIO LTD. collects and registers the personal information that you provide.

CODE RIVER STUDIO LTD. indicates clearly what information is essential in order to access the services and it will use the information to sign a civil contract and deliver the services you request by it. We will not process any personal data for anything except providing our services by signing a contract with you.

In this privacy statement we explain what personal data we collect from you and what we process.

We recommend that you read this information carefully, so that you know the purposes for which CODE RIVER STUDIO LTD. uses your data. This privacy statement further explains your privacy rights and the way you can exercise them.

3. Data we collect

By using our website we collect minimum personal data to process as personal data administrator in accordance with the EU GDPR and process the following data about you:

The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address, company, phone number and comments.

II. Information we may automatically collect if you visit our website and provide this consent:

technical: information, including IP address, login information, browser type & version
information: about your visit, through cookies and other technologies

We do not run a newsletter and we will not add you to a mailing list unless you asked for it. Your personal data is never sold and is not passed to third parties for their own purposes. Only the company manager has access to it.

Legal basis. We process your data on two separate grounds:

An enquiry through the form – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. This is why we do not ask for your consent – we need the data in order to reply. If you do not provide it, we simply have no way to get back to you.
Visit statistics – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: your consent, given through the cookie bar. You can withdraw it at any time – see below.

Finally, information collected on our site may be stored and processed into anonymous statistics or log files for internal use, such as traffic and profile analysis.

For these statistics we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited. It records anonymously which pages are viewed, where the visit came from and which buttons are clicked, so that we can tell which content is useful. The IP address is truncated and is not used to identify an individual; we have not enabled Google's advertising features and we do not serve ads.

Google Analytics loads only if you have pressed “Accept” in the cookie bar. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, Google's script is not loaded at all and no analytics cookie is written. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page – it clears your choice and brings the bar back.

4. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Bulgarian Law of personal data protection, you have the right to request information about our use of your information or opt out of certain uses.

Your rights as a data subject are exercised by making a request to us – contact details are in section 8. Requests are handled by the company manager. Your rights include:

1. When CODE RIVER STUDIO LTD. asks for your consent to process your personal data, you can at any time decide to withdraw that consent, without making the previous process of data unlawful. You may exercise your rights at any time by contacting us

2. Requesting a copy of the personal data held by CODE RIVER STUDIO LTD. about you, the purpose of the processing and information regarding the recipients of the personal information. We will require proof of identity before fulfilling such requests.

3. Requesting rectification or updating of incorrect data and erasure or restriction of some or all of your personal data.

4. Objecting to the processing of your personal data, or exercising your right to data portability.

5. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in our case is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

6. The right of the data subject not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

5. Retention of your data

Enquiries sent through the form are not stored on this website. Your message is forwarded by email and stays only in our business mailbox – no file and no database is written on the website's server.

We keep the correspondence only for as long as we need it in connection with your enquiry. You can ask us to delete your message at any time – write to the address in section 8 and we will do it.

If we do enter into a contract, we keep the data while the contract is active and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law requires – those have their own periods that we are obliged to observe.

Your IP address is not recorded when you send an enquiry.

6. Data transfer outside EEA

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. The only exception is Google Analytics, if you have consented to it – Google may process data outside the EEA as well. If you decline cookies, no such transfer takes place at all.

7. Changes to the privacy policy

Any material changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to review this privacy policy often to stay informed of changes or updates that may affect you, as your continued use of the website signifies your continuing consent to be bound by this privacy policy.
